"Tony came out promptly and gave us an estimate which we received the same day. Once we accepted the bid, work was started 3 days later. Work was completed on time and he did a great job. Tony kept a very neat work area. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely call Kendall Builders for our next job."

"The owner showed up and was very knowledgeable and took his time asking us what we wanted along with what our goals were. If ever I am in need for a project in the future (which I will be soon). I would recommend Sunnyland Construction for sure!"

"Best quality work, definitely recommend!! Will hire again!!"

"Jose and his team were hard-working and they remodeled my garage, making the inside look like I got a new garage. They did an amazing job painting as well. Overall, they did an incredible job and my garage looks great now!"

"It went great and turned out better than we had hoped. Brawny Builders exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend them and use them again. Like Bronson, John and Marty say, "we know construction" and they do. Gary from Niles"

"Wonderful. Already recommended the company to my neighbor."

"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

"Johnny and his crew were wonderful. They were professional and trustworthy. They got the job done asap. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors. I will definitely be using them again."

"Painters were very polite. They introduced themselves, did the job and cleaned up after. Good job! HPC."

"Communication was great, super guy to work with, would hire again"
