Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement

We hired this guy to do our floors and the quality was the same as if I hired my own child to do the the floors. I would not recommend him to anyone. After he left when the job was complete we called to have him come back and fix some of the planks he installed and ghosted us. So now we are left with a floor that looks horrible.
