Shannon, the technician, not only arrived early for the appointment (he called ahead), but was proficient and courteous. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing! He also reprogrammed both of our cars for the new garage door opener and serviced the garage door itself. He was in and out under 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Shannon and the Overhead Door company! They have performed services for me in the past and I will happily continue to do business with them in the future. "Overpriced! 5 hours spent at our house over 2 days. I didn’t see an itemized list of charges until the receipt after payment. Original estimate was over $2400! I removed items I knew our electrician could do for less. Estimate still $1800, but I thought I’d be happy with the quality. When I received the itemized receipt afterward, I noticed they charged $189 to repair the porch railing. This was minor repair - requiring 1-2 nails in 2 areas total. Buying an air powered nail gun costs less than $189. And they only fixed 1 of the 2 areas, so they didn’t even complete the task. The power washing done before painting the railing was minimal and suboptimal. I immediately contacted Mr. Handyman and was told that my questions would be reviewed. Silence. I’ve had an electrician come to our house- 8 hours of work including the 2 things that I removed from the Handyman list. Their work was more extensive (8 tasks), total charge $650. I’m blown away by how overpriced Mr Handyman is! Beware"

"Andrew the technician was very polite and did great work. That is the positive. Aside from that their pricing is double on the completed project than any other place. A $500/$600 job was $1200. Their spring costs are $350 each where other companies are $100. Unfortunately I was unable to be home and not able to be reached, my wife signed off on the repair not knowing that they are totally price gouging. I never would have authorized the work to be done if I knew the price and my wife Unfortunately didn't know, we had an emergency and approved the work to be done. Buyer beware of Precision!!!!"
