WHITTCO & MEISO confirmed that they were, in fact, silk. they cleaned out cat hair and fur balls, and various dirt from our new baby/toddler. I then put the rugs in storage to prevent further damage. I would recommend CGS Services Inc for hauling services. They are excellent. They haul household trash. But they also do hauling for other large items if you want them to. CGS Services Inc are responsible and I've never had any problems with them.
