"Michael and Logan were prompt, courteous, plus gave me some suggestions on how to set my pavers for the patio. They graded to back yard for a 1050 square foot patio and placed gravel and sand in the back. This only took 2 days for all the work. They cleaned up my drive way each night and took up their wooden sheets and stacked them in a pile. Right price and right people for the job. Don't wait! Call them now! "Super easy to work with and very trustworthy. It’s hard to find a handyman who actually shows up when they say they will and does such clean, solid work. I felt comfortable having them in my home and will absolutely call them again."

Dirt Hauling questions, answered by experts

Yes, many providers include recycling for eligible materials as part of their waste management services. It is recommended to confirm the specific services offered with your contractor.

There are a number of factors that make an item difficult to recycle, but it often comes down to mixed materials. Any item you can’t leave on your curb for recycling pickup is likely considered an item difficult to recycle. Common examples of items considered difficult and require special handling or other recycling arrangements are tires, appliances using freon, batteries, and compact fluorescent lightbulbs (CFLs).

One of the best ways to prepare for a home biohazard cleanup is not to touch anything. Do not remove belongings, even if they are of value or importance, from the area as they are likely contaminated. It’s essential not to use any cleaning products of your own, as the cleaning company will be using chemicals that could interact with your products.

One thing you can do to prepare is take pictures of your space and belongings that need to be cleaned, especially if you plan on filing a claim with your insurance company. In addition, take time to make a list of items that are valuable, sentimental, or otherwise important. The cleanup company must evaluate these belongings to make sure they are safe.

Food grease, soap buildup, paper products, and tree roots often cause serious clogs.

Dirt and other debris from land clearing, such as stumps and rocks, are considered construction debris in some states. What qualifies as construction debris varies from state to state, but it generally refers to any materials produced in the process of building, renovating, or demolishing structures.
