"Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."

"My sump pump was running continuously without shutting off so I left a message for Mr. King on a Sunday evening and he not only contacted me the following Monday, he was also at my home by 11:30 a.m. that same day.  He quickly determined that the float ball in my sump pump was stuck and taped it to a shorter length so it wouldn't keep getting caught.  The best part - he didn't charge me a dime!
