The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

Tracy was contacted on Monday and he reviewed the project on Tuesday afternoon.  He and his crew were back on Friday as was agreed.  They were "on time" and demonstrated a thoroughness in their efforts to stretch the carpets in the proper manner and were extremely diligent to install the living room custom edging to our great satisfaction. "I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"I think I have them on a Groupon and it was a Groupon deal.  The price that I paid was significantly half of what I probably would have paid.  It was less than $200.  They were very professional.  They were here on time.  The reason that I had them come out was because I have a dog and the dog had an accident.  So they were not able to get the stains out of a lighter carpet.  They could get the stains out of the darker carpet but not the lighter one.  So it wasn’t their fault and they tried everything that they could.  In my opinion they tried a lot of different crazy things that they had, but they couldn’t get the dog stains out of the lighter carpet that I have.  The purpose of them being out was to get those stains out for me, but it didn’t come out.  I think that they tried though."
