"I place my request for this job on Angi and Aaron responded almost immediately. He was at our house later that evening for a consultation to ensure he would be able to complete the job. He sent us recommendations for the mounts to use and was very accommodating with the appointment time given our changes in schedule. He mounted our bedroom TV quickly and efficiently. Him and his team were friendly, respectful and communicative. We will definitely be using him again in the near future for our other mounts. Thanks again!"

"Thank you so much for helping us out. Would recommend and contact again for help in the future."

"It took me a long time to schedule this, I was afraid he was not going able to come out. He was prompt and efficient, and he did an excellent job. It was an aluminum ladder that he installed and aligned. He cleaned up well after he was finished. Everything was great!"

"My door was not able to be secured as my house had been broken into. I hired Mr. Taher, handyman, and couldn't be happier! He went above and beyond fixing my door and making it safe. When he came out to assess the situation, he didn't leave until the door was secure and then returned the next day with items and wood necessary to repair the door. He repaired it so well and even put on the door armor and door lock for added security. While he was here he even installed my ring doorbell camera and stayed to make sure I had it up and running!! What a wonderful, honest caring and talented professional ! I've had a lot of work done on my home, but he was one of the best!! The door was a mess, but looks and functions great now!! He will be my go-to handyman from now on!! Thank you. I recommend Mr. Taher !!"

"Jeff, Rob and Dave did a fantastic job! They completely gutted the bathroom and installed a custom tile shower, spa shower heads and glass door, flooring, and cabinet and vanity. They were always professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed! Too bad I can't post pics - it's just beautiful!"

"We found water leaking from the water heater. Just by chance. So he just jumped in and replaced it. All Good. He originally came to replace a bath room fan with an upgrade that has a heater. I had purchased a unit long ago ,still in the box, so he proceeded to install it, He informed me that it was wired directly but need a part ordered for it. I decided to purchase another new one ,which I did. He left the crawl space open. He left the new wire to the fan hanging in the crawl with no staples. He mounted a used switch on the wall for the heating part of the fan. It was not at the same height and was a cream colored switch with a white cover. On the other wall the fan switch and light switch were not separated. They now are. I bought a new switch and had it put in. I bought another new Heat switch and cover and mounted it. I still have not stapled the wire up. I will in the future. I will put the crawl cover back on and replace the TV . I asked for a receipt and he said the water heater from Menards was around 900 dollars and would give me a receipt. Never did but on the phone he said in text he would try to find it. I'm still waiting. The company did work to resolve any problems we had and they did take care of everything."

"Barry did a great job on assembling the wall bed. More importantly, his character is top notch. He provided an estimate but when the job proved to be more time consuming and difficult than anyone could have expected, he stuck by his original quote and made sure the job got done no matter how long it took. I cannot speak more highly of the man. His dedication to the job was something you don't see too often these day."

"Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. They always communicate well and deliver great quality for the price. They even make sure my dog, who is small and likes to run for the door, never gets out of the house while they're working on something. I really couldn't be happier with the work they've done for me over the years."

"Yes he installed a platform lift (elevator) and a tankless water heater. He was very professional and ensured both were safe and working properly . Went over all details and answered all questions ."

"Ryan did an amazing job! From fixing my mailbox, helping drywall several patches, mounting my TV, and fixing my cabinets! He was punctual, on-time, clean, and professional. He’s now my go to guy. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!"
