Integrity is more than a name for us, it’s a promise. We promise to stay true to our roots with honest, prompt and expert HVAC services from our skilled technicians. Our work is guaranteed 100% of the time. Although cleaning is what we live and breathe, we understand that you may have questions. As part of our commitment to integrity, we are happy answer any questions you might have along the way.

"Did not clean up after himself, Did not cover any furniture or bother to tell me to shut down the system before he started. Claimed he left the shopvac back at the worksite. Seth was a nice enough guy but he didn't seem thorough. He seemed more interested about what I did for a living instead of the task at hand. I had to follow him around to make sure that everything was being done properly. For $500, I have to bust out my shopvac and clean up after the tech? 1/5."

"Mike showed up on time and did a good job cleaning out the firebox and chimney. Friendly and polite. He explained all that we needed to know about the system and how to use and maintain it. Will certainly use his services again in the future."

Chimney Sweep questions, answered by experts

The best time of year for roof cleaning depends on the climate in your area, but in most cases late spring or early summer are the best times. You should plan to clean your roof when it’s dry and not too hot or cold. It’s also a good idea to clean your roof in the late autumn to remove any built-up debris like leaves or branches. On the other hand, you shouldn’t clean your roof when it’s too cold, because you can cause ice buildup.

Risks include slipping, shingle damage, or chemical misuse. Professionals ensure safety and proper procedures to minimize these hazards.

You should not use a pressure washer on any surface that it might damage. Examples include shingled roofs, glass, electrical components, and anything with a seal that might be stripped away by the pressure. There are a variety of different uses for a pressure washer . They're ideal for driveways, patios, garage floors, vehicles, fencing, gutters, and paint stripping.

While DIY cleaning is feasible, it's risky without proper equipment or experience. Hiring professionals ensures safety and effectively avoids damage.

The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.

Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
