His work is very satisfying. I am very satisfied. He is very timely. He greatly cleaned up after the job.

Everyone I talked to did their job in a professional manner. My project was removal of 2 layers of shingles & the sheathing deck underneath them. A new sheathing deck was installed using H- clips between sheathing panels for the proper spacing to allow for expansion. Owens Corning Flex Class 4 shingles were installed with underlayment, edging, starter shingles, and the area near the gutters got Rhino lining. Ridge vent was also installed. The crew that worked on my house is a hard working group. They did me a great job! They cleaned up after the install. Showed concern for my landscaping & property. Asked me about it if there were plants that could be smashed by equipment. (My spring bulbs will come back next year!)😃 They covered any area where shingles or nails might fall. Used magnets to check the yard & driveway for nails. The foreman checked with me several times throughout the day. At the end of the day he verified that there were no issues that needed to be addressed before releasing his crew to return home which was about 100 miles from my home. Also, they brought trailers and hauled away all trash.

Was being forced to sign proposal that did not include gutters. I did not agree. Was told I owed nothing, zero balance, so contacted other roofers. Kingdom now wants hundreds of dollars anyhow! I had signed “retail contract” they said was just for office purposes. No terms and conditions! One sided sheet. Am being lied to and will not let go of me!! Being harrassed!!!

Beware of Kingdom Roofing. Before receiving an estimate they required a contract. I read it but did not fully understand it. So I asked to be sure I was not contracting to have the work performed. I was told the contract was not to perform the work, that it allowed them to work with the insurance company. That was a lie. They later offered me an estimate for over 24K. All four other estimates came in at under 10K. Kingdom said they would price match and cut their estimate in half to over 12K (not matching any lower estimate). They claimed the higher estimate was an honest mistake......Sure! Since they did not match the estimates I told them I was using someone else. They said I would have to pay 25% to get out of the contract. I sent them my newest estimate for them to match. They would not match it and offered to let me out of the contract for a fee. After arguing they came down to $300 even though they would not match any competitor and needed out of the contract themselves. Would they have treated me this way if I was not an elder widow who walked with a cane? They

I worked with Joel and an estimate for stone removal and siding installation . After reviewing the work needed, Joel called me to let me know that in light of what I was needing, they would not be able to accomplish the work , and he was not comfortable accepting the job . I have to commend him for his honestly and professionalism and it was greatly appreciated !!!

We were really impressed with the thoroughness with which Kingdom Construction explained their service and how they would go about putting a new roof on our house. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. They uncovered several issues while re-roofing and made all necessary repairs, and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend Kingdom Construction.

Overall, I was dissatisfied with the quality and integrity of the work and my experience with the company. 1. There was approximately $500 of damage done to my lawn. 2. The same day the roof was installed, shingles became unfixed. 3. The wrong size nails were used to re-roof the storage shed creating a hazard and debris throughout the shed. 4. The roofers arrive to install the roof the day before the agreed upon date.

Chris, with Kingdom Construction, came and inspected my barn roof on 9/17/2018. After checking the roof, he made some recommendations. He then proceeded to tell me I had several imprints in the roof. He told me he wanted to go on my house roof and inspect it. After doing so, he told me I had several imprints in that roof and some dents in my vents. He showed me pictures he had taken of the vents. He told me I should call my insurance company and ask for an inspection. I was very surprised because my roof is only 12 years old, but I took him at his word and called the insurance company. I told them he had inspected the roof and said there were several imprints and he suggested I call them to request an inspection. He also told me to call him and let him know when the insurance adjuster was coming so he could be present to make sure he covered everything. I called Chris, after I got the date and time that the adjuster would be here. Chris never showed up when the adjuster came. He did call later, and left a voice mail, asking if the insurance adjuster had come. I had also scheduled another Angie's List contractor with an "A" rating to come later in the day. He inspected my barn roof and gave me his recommendations. I mentioned that Chris had told me I had several imprints on the barn and house roof and had suggested I call my insurance and ask for an inspection. I told him I had called and an inspector was scheduled. He told me he didn't find any damage to the barn roof, and would check the house. After checking the house, he said he didn't see any damage other than a few small dents in the aluminum vents. He stated that he didn't think the insurance adjuster would approve replacing the roof because it was in good condition. He went on to explain that even if the adjuster didn't approve a claim, I would be charged with one anyway. I was very upset and called my insurance agent to verify this. I was told that my rate would not go up, because this was considered a catastrophe, but I would be charged with a claim. I asked if I could prevent this if I cancelled the inspector visit and was told no because a claim number had already been assigned. The insurance adjuster came on 9-27-2018. He checked the barn and house roof. He told me he found the roofs to be in excellent shape but there were a few small dents in the vents. I told him I felt they should be because they were only 12 years old and they were 30 year shingles. He said "If you hadn't told me that, I would have guessed them to be about 8 years old". He wrote his report and include the dented vents at a cost of $591.81 but my deductible is $1,000, I only wish I had waited until the second contractor had come, before I called my insurance agent. I worry now that if I should have hail damage, will my insurance cover it and what it will do to my premium, as well as a possible cancellation of my policy. I cannot explain the difference in their findings, I feel that it is my responsibility to make people aware of the consequences of calling your insurance company and filing a claim. Beware that regardless of whether or not a claim is approved, if you file one, you will be charged with a claim. Doesn't seem fair but we are at the mercy of the Insurance Companies and our State Insurance Commissioner apparently is willing to let it be so - Buyer BEWARE!!!

It went so well. From the first phone call to the time Chris R. drove away, we are very satisfied. Got an appointment quickly, Chris was right on time. He looked at our problem and explained what was going on. No work was needed. Chris was professional, he helped educate us more on roofing and other parts outside of a home. When we do need any type of work done on the outside of our home, we will call Kingdom Construction. Chris R. was truly a nice professional honest person

We were extremely happy throughout the duration of the project. Andrew was very professional. Communication was excellent. The value far exceeded the price. We would highly recommend them to other members.
