However, the plumbers came today & not only found & fixed the issue, but fixed my garbage disposal & found the cause of a leak under my sink - all for no charge due to my experience yesterday. The issues turned out to be very minor all the way around, but I am so appreciative that they were all fixed & the kindness shown to me I don't agree with them telling me someone would be here yesterday, then not contacting me until today, but I should have been more patient before leaving a review yesterday; that is on me. I am so very pleased with my second experience with Bassett (plumbing.) & would definitely recommend Jim & Jon - thank you, gentlemen! Please disregard my first review. "
