This pro came to see what needed to be done, gave me an estimate of the cost to redo these by sanding, spray painting with primer, and the material cost. When he showed up as promised, he covered all the exposed portions of the porch with plastic and cardboard to avoid unwanted paint smears. The handrails look almost new and that is amazing since they are original to the house and have been painted many times. Very professional."

He fixed these and I realized that he had a lot of time in it. I asked if there would be additional charges. He said ,no, he would stay with original estimate. He was polite and courteous.
