"We had a lot done! First Tony introduced us to Luis. Highly recommend him. He?s an excellent worker,does very professional work. He drywalled our entire bathroom and painted it. Installed a new toilet. Replaced our old surround with beautiful tiles and even put up shelves and bars in the tub for our future years!? Job very well done! Thank you Luis. Then we met Dennis. Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! "Called to have my ceiling patched after remodeling, Josh came and looked at the plaster ceiling and said he can patch in drywall and make it look like it never had been demoed. It’s not a good idea to plaster over broken plaster (unless by broken you’re referring to cracked, in which case that’s perfectly fine). However, broken plaster can be a sign of a larger underlying issue like foundation damage or severe damage to the lath holding up the plaster, so it’s worth investigating before you simply plaster on top of the damage.

This depends on how much plaster is applied and in how many layers, but a decent estimate is around 150 square feet. If you are applying only two coats on a small wall, there is a chance you may only need one or two gallons for the entire project. If you are plastering a large living room wall with high ceilings, using one of the more involved techniques–like Scagliola–that requires several coats, expect the project materials costs to add up quickly. 

It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall. Studs are much stronger than drywall and quite a bit stronger than drywall anchors but, if you can’t find the studs or there simply aren’t any where you need them, you can use drywall anchors. It’s extremely important to make sure the anchors are rated for the load of the TV. We recommend using anchors that are rated far beyond the weight of whatever you’re hanging. Our suggestion is metal drywall toggle anchors.
