Kerence on the other hand has been knowledgeable, a quick communicator and has foresight regarding the order of which things need to be done. He knocked out my kitchen cabinet install by himself in a few days. Prior to doing the cabinets, I had a small water spot in my kitchen ceiling, he went into the attic, found the source and remedied it.
