I had Russ come out and install drainage for 2 downspouts and a sump pump discharge. Russ did an excellent job and took extreme care around buried AT&T/Comcast lines. Project was completed timely & with great communication. I highly recommend Russ for any of your drainage/excavation needs!

It went real well and he used a jackhammer in my basement to break up the concrete to put the new pit in. The only negative thing I would say is when he filled in the concrete around it, he didn't do a real good job of smoothing out the concrete otherwise, he adjusted the pumps the way I wanted...

The office was careful to tell us when the plumber would come. He came on time, worked well, and finished everything in an hour for an $80 service charge, plus the cost of the pump. He was good.

It was terrible experience. I did have to call them again to look at the sump pump and requested that they send someone else, and the gentleman that came out for this was much better. I was upset that we were charged so much and there was an extreme lack of professionalism.
