"First of all I am sorry about your experience, however, we did not do this work. You must have called St John Plumbing Service, which is not the same company. We did not provide work at this location so this is not an accurate review of ST JOHN PLUMBING. We are the original St John Plumbing that has been in business since 1981 and I can assure you we do not handle business this way."
"Sorry you had such a bad experience. As a professional contractor for the last 30 years, we take all inquiries seriously, However, I am not sure that just because we pass on an opportunity does not mean we are unprofessional, it just means at the current time we do not want to pursue this opportunity. Every job is not for every company."
"Sorry you feel this way. I am not sure however, if each category is an A or B or overall grade is a C. We appreciate any business so next time we will do better."
The work was completed within a couple of hours and the unit owners below even commented about the professionalism.
"Thank you Customer. Jeff is one of our most trusted employees and we are happy to hear he did such a good job for you. Thank you for your continued business."
"Thank you Customer. We always feel we have done a good job when we have repeat customers. Please call us with any other plumbing concerns."
