They arrived when promised, removed tree and ground down the stump and left the yard leveled out and ready for planting grass. They did a great job!

Steve removed the oak tree within a week after the damage. He had to wait for the ground to dry out before he started. The job was done very well. All debris was removed, the stump ground out and grass seed planted. The ash tree was cut down later since it was not an emergency. He was very careful to minimize lawn damage with his tractor.

Mr. Vondersaar arrived at the appointed time , ground up the stump, removed the roots, and cleaned up the area.

I called Mr. Vondersaar on Friday morning and explained that the tree that fell on my barn had partially collapsed the roof making the barn unprotected against the forecast rainstorm. He and 1 helper came out the next day (Saturday) and brought his crane and removed the tree from the barn, cut up and disposed of all the material. They raked the yard to clean up the smaller branches. THEN he and his employee helped me tarp my barn to protect it against the coming weather. They worked approx. 6 hours leaving after 7:30 Saturday evening. I believe I got MUCH MORE than I paid for from Vondersaars!. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone that needs tree work done. If there had been a rating higher then "A" I would have given it for the service I received.

He was excellent in his timeliness, professionalism and attention to detail. He went above and beyond the expectations of the work requested of him. He spent additional time and effort assisting with the removal of the trees, stump removal and re-seeding grass in areas where the trees were removed on our property. We were especially pleased that he rearranged his schedule to fit us in to cut down the large tree that was in bad shape. There may be other tree services with lower cost, but his service made it worth the cost. Having peace of mind that the work was done well the first time makes his service one that I would recommend to all.

They managed every aspect including power company in order to drop powerline for crane access. All the trees bordered three neighboring properties. Work was clean and quick with no disturbance to neighbors. I plan to have them quote work at another property.

Service was great, very knowledgeable of trees and suggested the best path to take care of our trees for the future. He was experienced, had all the proper equipment and was insured . We would not hesitate to use him again.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I had a very tall sick tree that needed to come down before winter. I got several estimates from differing companies. This is a costly work item. Not only was Vondersaar's price considerably lower than my other estimates, he also gave me a "winter price" which was discounted if I could wait until January when their work was slower. The crew showed up when they were supposed to, worked efficiently, did an excellent job, and left no mess. They even threw in a couple smaller things I needed done. I couldn't have been happier with the work. Mr. Vondersaar was always friendly and professional. I will recommend this company enthusiastically.

He is good. I know he has delivered river rocks for a neighbor and had done a good job at a reasonable price. We have used him a couple of times and we've recommend him to friends.
