38 Company backed out of a 100k house remodel. Upon inspection there were fire hazards, leaking pipes, windows that cannot be opened, support beams that are bowing in the middle, and drywall that shows every seam, screw, and putty mark. Many of the issues were corrected, but they backed out when...

While doing the job they knocked the pipe loose to the central vac system. No problem, I called and they gave me a date they would be there to fix. No show. After 3 or 4 more no shows the phone number has been disconnected. Guess they are out of business.
