"I called American Basement Solutions with issues I was having in my crawl space and they set up a time for someone to come out and look at the issues. Daniel (a family member of the family that ownes the business) called ahead of time and let me know when he was on his way to my home, He was on time and did a thorough investigation of my crawl spaces after which we discussed what needed to be done and various options to accomplish what I wanted. I was provided with a written estimate, insurance information etc. We scheduled the work at a mutually agreed upon time and his men showed up on time and went right to work completing the work on time.
There was a minor issue with some slight damage to the edge of my cedar siding from the removal of the old crawl space entry. I sent Daniel a photo of the damage via text message and he called me within 15 minutes to discussed a course of action to take care of this, We set a time and Daniel personally came out and took care of the issue. "We were very pleased with the job from start to finish. It was somewhat more expensive that a standard paint job, but should pay off in time by avoiding periodic need to repaint. I was especially interested in the quality of surface preparation they did, because any paint on coating can look good when first applied, but careful surface prep is key to it continuing to look good. They did a thorough, skilled prep job, including pressure washing and treating for mold or mildew, then sealing around windows and doors, and careful masking to avoid over-spray on the brick.
They offered 1500 colors, so we got a good match to the color we wanted. The coating looks like fresh paint. It will not blister, peel or flake. It is highly flexible, waterproof, and 10 times the thickness of paint, and it is fade and mildew resistant.
The salesman, technicians and office staff were all very courteous and professional. They were especially good about working around our travel schedule and adverse weather conditions (heavy rain and winds), that tore off the plastic sheeting they put up for masking, which they carefully reapplied.
