WoW!! I would like to report how Impressed I am with the whole package! I felt like everyone involved in my project wanted to make sure that I was able to get the best service and experience as possible. First and foremost, I would like to brag on the crew that seen my project successfully to the end. They were the most precise professionals I have ever had the privilege of working on my home. Yes, " the privilege of"! Robert and Shawn were adamant about completing this project with the absolute purpose in mind. That gave me total confidence! Secondly the salesman Mike had no problems backing up these men and their professional opinions. Even more, the company showed its support in their team and making sure that I received the results that were originally expected. I had several estimates before starting my project. I could not have been more happy with my decision. They just finished up today, however I am completely confident that they will follow through on any concerns I may have, if any. This is not an experience we have had too often through a our huge remodel that has involved different companies. I would recommend this company and their services to anyone! I am a female that seen this from the beginning to the end and never felt like I was taken advantage of without someone backing me up. Again, this is not something experienced too often. I would encourage you to keep them in mind for any services they offer. Rest assure that you can feel comfort in trusting them with any of your family members. Thank you Healthy Spaces for following through on everything promised!!

The flooding happened on a Monday. My husband called Tuesday afternoon and within 24 hours, Travis & Cameron were at our house. They told us exactly what happened and explained why the flooding happened. They secured the wires, replaced a pump, and cleaned out the sump pump for no charge because it was under warranty. Both men were professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the work they did. Travis explained everything he was doing, and we are very confident in the work they did.

Once the appointment was set everything went like clock work. The installers showed up on time, removed the old vapor barrier (looked after discarding it) and installed the new one. Polite, efficient and clean. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. You should too.

We bought the house knowing there was mold in the crawl space. We called Healthy Spaces. They were professional, prompt and efficient. As part of the service, they came back the next year to make sure there was no regrowth. There was a small bit they retreated at no extra charge. We have paid an annual fee yearly for check ups. Great service...nice people.

Went well overall. Was very dusty. The concrete work to cover the drainage system cracked in places fairly quickly after it was installed. Our basement has flooded due to sewer back up three times since system installed. Original installed 1/3 hp pump could not keep up with it. The way the basement floor is laid and the system is configured the water on the floor could not get into the system on its own. Thank you.

The new sump pump is working and standing water in the crawl space has not been an issue since.  Though there was a seven week lead time from the contract signing, work on the project was executed quickly in little under two days.  In general, they were helpful and responsive to questions about the proposed work, and we would recommend working with them again.

Overall, very well. Damon came initially and was extremely thorough in accessing our situation. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours taking measurements, drawing it out on CAD ,and running the estimate. We felt like he had an accurate view of our problems. We also had B-Dry give an estimate, which was higher and not as thorough in our opinion. There were a couple of communication glitches, on which day they would start and when an air conditioning drain line was disconnected from our old sump system without us knowing, causing some standing water for a day, but all was rectified and received a call from management that they would pay to have a plumber make it right. So far far we have a dry basement! Once the system was installed it did take about 5 days even with a dehumidifer for the cement to cure. It's not a complaint but something to be aware of if you are on a time table. We would recommend them to anyone.

This is a home that is going to be sold. We had renters in the property when the leak appeared.  We live out of state and made a day trip with no appointments set up beforehand.  I called several companies, and having not lived in Indiana for over 20 years, finding a reputable contractor was going to be a shot in the dark.  Most companies were going to be several days before they could send anyone out for estimate. The two that did come out seemed to have a "one price fits all" around $6000. I contacted Healthy Spaces, and while I was waiting for a call from a rep, I accessed Angie's List where I noticed that Healthy Spaces was highly rated.  Long story short, Scott Thompson worked us into his schedule and came out that day. Scott was the only contractor who took actual measurements and entered numbers into the computer and came up a price based on the work required.  I actually asked for more work to be done than Scott recommended.

Healthy Spaces did an excellent job. The services provided were high quality and exactly as promised.  A+++

The encapsulation appears to be ok. I received my confirmation call and the gentleman said the workers would be there at 8:30 in the morning. They arrived at 7:30. This was awkward as my husband and I were not prepared to have them at the house yet. I hadn't moved my car from the garage and was trying to get ready for work and a doctor's appointment.
I told the two workers several times that they were to remove the wood wall between the crawl space and basement. They would not remove that and said every time I mentioned it that they were not told to do so and that it was something for the other crew to work on. I gave up trying to get them to do this. They eventually had to leave the house so they could get the "proper materials" to put up on the wood wall which wasn't supposed to be there and was not figured in the original contract.
The basement crew arrived promptly and I worked with Jimmy as the "foreman." He was professional and answered all of my questions even though most of them were probably stupid. We ended up deciding to leave the wood half wall which is fine although I probably paid for someone to remove the wall.
I was well aware they would need to rip out my carpet, stairs, and drywall in the finished portion of my basement. The work looks fine and will need re-drywalling at some point.
It's only rained one time while no one was home, so we'll see if it actually keeps my basement dry. I will mention that my house and basement smell a thousand times better. The whole house had a funk and this seems to be helping that smell tremendously. I'm VERY thankful for that.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 10 2014
-My basement has that funky smell again.
-I have been super disappointed with the clean up. I am still stepping on little pieces of concrete and there is dust everywhere. I guess their crews don't have brooms or vacuums.
-I was told during the sales pitch and during the first visit with the foreman that we would be able to rehang drywall on the partial studs they left hanging. HOWEVER you cannot drill into the floor in the proper place to put the bottom of the frame so the whole basement is going to be janky looking. I'm so glad I was convinced this was a good idea. I believe these people looked me in the eye and lied to me.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2014
-Jimmy from Healthy Spaces contacted me and wanted to make things right. He came by and I explained the situation to him. He had his crew in there within a week to repour the cement because it had cracked in some unusual places. Healthy Spaces made rebuilt half my basement with drywall, paint, and an entire bathroom. I can't thank Jimmy and Healthy Spaces enough for the outstanding work they did to prove that the build back could be done as they stated and not as the contractor said. It cost me way less money too! I would have Jimmy and his crew work on my house anytime. Jimmy is one of the most honest, genuine, and cheerful people I've ever worked with and would rehire him in a heartbeat.
Response from Healthy Spaces
"UPDATE: Thank you for allowing us to correct the problems and address your concerns. Jimmy, our General Manager, informed me that you have been completely helped and a corrected review is pending. In order to stand behind everything, we had told you about the walls, we went ahead and did the entire build back of your basement. The estimate you had from another company was over $4800 and that wasn't including paint--Jimmy knew we could do better. We built it back, painted all three rooms, installed your shower/tub, vanity, sink, mirror, etc and also went ahead and put mill creek flooring in the bathroom area for you so that it was a finished room ready to be shown by your Realtor. We also made sure to go through the entire other 1/2 of the basement and clean all trash, debris, unusable items, etc and then cleaned the entire basement for you. This was completed at our cost, which was less than half of the estimate you'd received from a different company and we hope that things are now fully satisfactory."

On April 14 I  met with Scott Thompson of Healthy Spaces to get an estimate on waterproofing my basement.  My basement is mostly finished with panelling and carpeting.  After measuring the space, Scott gave me an estimate of $4862.  He told me I would have to move all furniture 48" away from all outside walls but I would not have to remove the panelling or carpeting.  The carpeting could be pulled back from the walls to do the work.  He also mentioned a discount if I paid the deposit up front and the rest at completion of the work.
I got estimates from two other companies, and both of them required me to remove the panelling and carpeting before they could do the job.  This is the main reason I chose Healthy Spaces to do the work, along with their A rating on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau.
On May 12 a crew from Healthy Spaces arrived to begin the work.  The first thing Steve asked me when he walked down into the basement was if they were supposed to remove the panelling.  I told him what Scott told me about not needing to do that.  He said he absolutely could not do the job without removing part of the panelling.  Since it was cut the panelling or not get the job done, I agreed to let them cut my panelling.
When they dug the hole for the sump pump, they found I had a monolithic foundation.  When I googled it, I found that, although fairly uncommon, a monolithic foundation is detectable by looking at the lowest block in a concrete block wall.  If it is at least 8" tall, it is likely to be part of a monolithic foundation.  Blocks less than 8" indicate a non-monolithic foundation.  Obviouslly this is not without exceptions, but if questionable, drilling a pilot hole in the concrete floor would provide the answer.  I would like to think that identifying a monolithic foundation would be crucial in determining the type of waterproofing system to use and definitely something to consider when giving an estimate.
Unfortunately the system that Healthy Spaces brought to my house was one that could not be used with my foundation.  This system required digging a trench with jack hammers all around my basement walls.  Once the system was installed, in the trench, it would be covered with concrete.  The baseboard-like system that had to be used in my basement is above the ground and was fastened to the floor with epoxy.  It required less materials and less labor.  Since they didn't have the baseboard system in stock, they had to order it, postponing the completion of the job for 9 days.
i was told by Steve that the other system was not going to be more expensive - it should be less.  My brother-in-law was with me when I was given that information.  Steve also said that Scott Thompson would contact me because I would have to sign  a different contract.  Scott called me several days later and told me that the price would remain the same even though he thought the baseboard system was more expensive.  I couldn't understand how that could be with so much less material and labor involved.  Also when the sump pump was installed, the original plan was to have it drain away from my house by means of a trench that would run approximately 20 feet out to the street in front of my house.  Since I already had an underground pipe leading out to the street, dug by another contractor in an attempt to channel water away from the foundation, all Steve had to do was run his sump pump discharge about 3 feet to my existing pipe.
The last time I spoke to Scott Thompson, he said he had to talk to his boss, the owner of the company, but he said I would get some sort of discount.  He would get back to me after Memorial Day.  i have not heard from him.
When I asked Scott about the 10% Angie's List coupon that I printed out, he did not reply.  The company failed to honor the Angie's List coupon and the final bill showed no discount.
As weeks go by, I am gradually cleaning up and replacing the torn up panelling and insulation left by Healthy Spaces.  I have hopes that the system that was installed will work to keep water out of my basement, but I very much dislike the fact that I was told that I would not have to remove my paneling to begin with.  The mess left in my basement is terrible.

7/31/14  As an addendum, after meeting with Damon Cheatam and expressing my dissatisfaction, not with the actual work, but with the beginning estimate procedures, he explained to me the circumstances under which my incorrect estimate was given.  He asked what his company could do to make me happy.  I told him I would like them to honor the 10% Angie's List discount coupon I gave him.  Meetings were held, and the end result was I received a check in the mail for the 10% discount.  In spite of a few issues, this company has proven to be one of integrity and one which obviously cares about reputation and customer satisfaction.  I have changed my ratings accordingly.
Response from Healthy Spaces

We truly appreciated your feedback and Damon and the rest of the Healthy Spaces team are pleased that we were able to turn the situation around for you. We are truly sorry that you had a bad experience in the first place and are pleased to have had the opportunity to remedy the problems."
