We are a small company specializing in remodels, room additions, and small concrete jos such as driveways and patios. We are capable of larger projects such as complete houses from ground up and smaller comercial build to suit jobs. We do sometimes use subcontractors if we have to, but do most work ourselves. There are only 4 full time employees and a few part time workers when needed so that we can keep our costs down. We do not carry a license at this time but are planning on getting our general contractors license soon. We have 60 plus years of experience in the construction industry between us. We will give a 10% discount to all angies list members. Thank you for looking at our company and hope to hear from you soon.

If you’re moving wires, installing new wires, or installing new fixtures in the space you’re insulating, then you will need to hire a licensed electrician to do that portion of the job for you. However, if you just intend on replacing old insulation or adding new insulation over existing insulation, then you don’t need to hire one. Your insulation installer will work around wiring, fixtures, outlets, and switches, even if they’re installing fiberglass batts in the voids where wires run. However, you will need an electrician if you suspect a problem with your wiring during the insulation work.

The best time to insulate a garage ceiling is when the weather is mild and dry. That means it shouldn’t be stormy, snowy, or raining, and the temperatures should be comfortable. Ideally, you’ll insulate your garage ceiling in the fall, before winter hits. Not only will you be the most comfortable, but you’ll also likely see the greatest energy savings heading into the colder weather with a newly insulated garage.

Yes, guiding choices between open-cell and closed-cell foams based on needs.

When installing metal siding, a high-quality house wrap is considered the best protection against condensation and moisture infiltration. House wraps can increase a home's efficiency significantly. However, a house wrap is not a replacement for a vapor barrier because it can be permeable when moist air passes through siding. This is why it's essential to follow manufacturer instructions for insulating siding when installing new siding.
