There were supposed to spray three times in two weeks with a 60 day warranty. They sprayed twice within a two week period but they did not do the third extermination. They told me that my sister's house was too big for a third spray and that they would have to charge more to do a third extermination. When I complained that they did not honor the original deal they came out and sprayed a third time but the tech sprayed my bed and destroyed the mattress. I told them about my bed and now they will not return my calls. I gave them a three day ultimatum and they are still ignoring my calls.
