We noticed a growing trend of large corporate HVAC firms taking over the space that once was filled by smaller, locally owned companies. Witnessing this, we felt compelled to start our own HVAC company to reinstate the essence of local, personalized, and affordable service. We believe that HVAC service should not just be a transaction, it should be a relationship. Instead of upcharging and taking advantage of customers, our goal is to provide a cost-effective and personal experience. We care about our community and strive to keep your home comfortable at a fair price. Leveraging our extensive experience in trades and HVAC, we guarantee the same level of quality as the large corporations. But unlike them, we are proud to employ local technicians and staff. Living and working in Fort Wayne, we take pride in supporting our local economy. Our manager, brings a wealth of industry experience to our team, having held numerous roles ranging from warehouse manager to operations manager, even general manager at several of the larger corporate firms. Our dedicated team of installers and service technicians are thrilled to be part of our mission. They're eager to build the company they've always wished existed. He took the time to test the whole unit, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even scheduled our annual maintenance for next week to clean out the unit. He was thorough, respectful, and stayed to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. I really appreciated the great service!"

"Mr. Electric was hired to replace the electric panel in our vacation home. There was a controller for electric heat that was no longer being used. We asked that the controller be removed as we had installed a gas furnace and no longer used the electric heat. They removed the controller then took the wiring in the controllers that ran the heaters and directly connected them to a breaker. Since the controller was removed the electric heaters hooked up directly to a breaker ran for 1.5 months in the summer with the A/C also running trying to maintain a temperature of 78 degrees. Due to family commitments we were not at the home during this time. The result was much higher than normal electric bills. I also asked that the wiring in the older section of the home be rewired to include a ground as their was no ground wire. I was told that a ground wire was not needed as they could just use GFCI circuit breakers. I had never heard of this but he is the electrician so I agreed. Turns out it does not work, at least not in my house so I still have no ground to most of the outlets in my home. I have made numerous calls and emails to Mr. Electric with no return calls from the owner. Their work also failed inspection twice."
