I have been cutting trees for 10+ yrs. I have been climbing for 7 yrs. I started my business on June 4, 2022. I recently added the lawn care service to the business. I have very competitive prices, usually better than most! I feel its important to look out for customers and to treat everyone fair! I have had 100+ customers over the last few years. There isnt much i cant do! I am on here because im eager to grow this company and expand my client base.

"We contracted for a number of small trees to be cut down. They were not able to come out for 3 weeks because of their schedule and the weather, but when they did come out, the service was professional and promptly done. They worked quickly and took care of clean-up. Even after a misunderstanding on our part, Mr. Temple had his workers there the next day, and they were polite, professional and worked quickly. We were very pleased!! Not knowing what tree services normally cost, I believe the price was fair. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!"

"There was a Bradford Pear tree planted right next to the foundation of my house that I wanted removed. When I posted this on Angi this service provided responded and set up a time to give an estimate. I approved the project and they were here within a day to remove the tree. The tree removal went well and they took care of cleaning up the tree remains and debris! I am impressed and would hire them again."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

There are a few differences between tree guying and tree staking. Tree guying requires anchor stakes that are shorter and stronger than regular stakes and are driven deeper into the ground at an angle away from the tree. Tree staking uses longer stakes that are set parallel to the tree and are used for smaller trees. Consult a local tree professional to determine which method is best for your tree.

Most tree surgeons cost around $100 per hour or between $70 and $200 per hour for their services. You might get flat fees for more straightforward services, like a tree assessment, tree removal, stump grinding, and one-off treatments, but many times, treatments for tree diseases or pests will be charged based on an hourly rate or a per-visit rate. Since the cost of a tree surgeon can vary widely, it’s best to speak with an arborist near you to get an idea of what your particular issue will cost to correct.

You need to remove all branches affected by Dutch elm disease. If your tree has several affected branches, you will probably need to remove the entire tree. First, consult a pro to be sure that you’ve correctly identified it as an elm tree. Make sure the tree is properly disposed of with a plastic covering or through debarking, chipping, or burning.

The best time to transplant a tree is when it is dormant. For many trees, this means either in the fall after the leaves have dropped (around October or November) or in early spring before new growth begins (around March). The ideal timing can depend on the type of tree. Deciduous trees do well when moved in early spring or fall, while evergreens are best transplanted in early spring or late summer. For example, pine trees are best moved in early fall, but maples prefer late fall. Avoid transplanting in winter, as the frozen or hard, cold soil poses a significant risk to the roots and prevents the tree from acclimating properly.

Opt for a barefoot tree. Pros harvest barefoot trees when they’re dormant (leafless). They shake the dirt from the root ball and pack it in moist material.

These trees can cost half as much as the trees at your local nursery, and you can buy them online—so there’s a much wider selection. Just make sure you keep your barefoot tree cool until you’re ready to plant it.
