"We hired Juan to installed new subway backsplash and remove old peel & stick backsplash from kitchen. Juan mentioned he was a little busy but will be able to take the job on and complete it on a timely manner. Juan installed the backsplash on a Friday evening after 4pm and worked until about 10pm to get the backsplash completed. Juan returned on Sunday after noon to complete the tile work after allowing mortar to dry. However, the issue was Juan did not wipe up access mortal and/or cleaned off the tile. Juan left drops of mortal on our floors (which we had just cleaned from Stanley Steamer). Juan left a few pieces opened-no tile is in those cracks. Juan left the tile backsplash with streaks from the sponge. And Juan did not apply border of caulking to the edges. Juan left tile with streaks and clumps of mortal around our cabinets, on tile and on the wall. After discussing these concerns with Juan he mentioned I was criticizing his work and his integrity. Juan mentioned he has not had a dissatisfied customer who have complained about his work. I mentioned to Juan my OCD kicked in and when we hire someone to do the work the expectation is to complete the work to customers satisfaction and clean up after you have completed your task for the day! Juan mentioned he will return to ensure we are satisfied and complete the work and neither less to say I received a text from Juan stating he will return $100 off the bill that was paid to us and he does not want to work for us! Bad customer services and not acceptable for any customer Very Disappointed"

I don't think anyone would have even thought to check that since the furnace had been working fine in the winter. It had been installed wrong for A C though. He rewired it and my entire unit works fine. I'm certain the last two techs I had here last winter would have sold me a new unit which I really couldn't afford. "We called about a noise in our A/C. When we initially called they told us that we would not be charged for the service as we have their annual plan. After the service person came out we were given a $218 bill that was due at time of service. My wife called the next to get clarification on the bill and was told we were not supposed to be charged 99 and that they would reach out to us to figure out how to get the money back to us. They still cashed our check and the service manager will not return our calls so we are out 99 dollars. We have been attempting to reach out for a month now and each time the Service Manager is "busy." Incredibly unprofessional. On top of this, the issue of the noise was not resolved and we had to have another tech come out and fix it again. The price for each visit was not consistent so I have to assume they make up prices as they go. First charge was for 119 (plus the 99 they were not supposed to charge) and second time out was 149. I would avoid paying this company if they come out to you until you get an itemized explanation as they will keep your money even after they admit they were not supposed to charge you."
