Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Our remodeling projects were significant and complicated: a full basement that was in shambles (partially-finished with a haphazard layout) and an upstairs hall bath that was outdated and suffering from plumbing issues. To put it bluntly, we had no idea what to do with these two problem spaces and no sense of where to start. Moreover, they made sure to clean up the work spaces at the end of every day and check in with us before leaving. Everyone from Redbird was courteous, on time, and very respectful of our family life (they even became friends with our two cats!). Our daughters never felt like their lives were disrupted, and we rarely had to alter our daily routines. Bottom line: from start to finish, Redbird Remodeling did a fantastic job. They turned an odd-shaped, largely non-functional basement into a fabulous living area with tons of storage, a full bathroom, and a new laundry room--and they gave us a gorgeous upstairs hall bath that our daughters love.
