"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He came out, we talked about what we wanted, he measured everything and came back with plans, quotes, etc⠦⠦Next Felice was in touch and she and Caleb came out to talk it all through. They kept us totally informed throughout the process, and were just SO helpful and nice. Cassie called with a start date and on a Monday Caleb and Andrew came out to demo the existing porch, and by Friday afternoon we had a brand new porch of composite material, amazing rails and black trim on all exposed wood. It looks gorgeous!!! The guys were so easy to be around, weâ re neat, nice and didnâ t seem to mind the peeping eyes of our grands!
