First time I've hired a new AC replacement. Contractor seemed to be an upstanding young man. Worked hard to get it up and running quickly. A very personable and thorough worker. Decided when comparing cost to repair to cost to replace plus age of equipment the best way to go was to replace the builder's grade on its last legs with new one.

Brandon was professional and very knowledgeable. Our air conditioner was not cooling. Temperature was in the 90’s that week. Called on Thurs and came next day. Took the time to answer all my questions, so I understood and felt comfortable about prosecuting with repairs needed for my air conditioner. Cost was fair for all the work done and prompt service.

1924 House, with discovered gas leaks in basement. Howald was upfront about the possibility of needing to replace the entire natural gas system in the basement if one patched leak led to another discovered one. That happened. A $250 "fix one leak" job turned into a $1025 "replace all gas lines" job, which they were honest and upfront about. I feel okay about it because the existing gas lines were original to the home! 1 year warranty on the installed corrugated lines for 3 fixtures/appliances.

Brandon was quick to reply and arrived on time. Showed me the issue with air conditioner and fixed... gave tips to make it run better. Reasonable price and didn't try to upsell a new unit like some would. Happy with the results.

I wasn't sure who to contact when my central air stopped blowing out cold air and just went online and Howard's Heating came up do I decided to give them a call.Brandon was very knowledgeable in telling me what was going on and always told me what he was going to do.The professional work Brandon gave was above a 5+ and I would highly recommend them.

The level of communication from the beginning was stellar. From the time I clicked on their website for an appointment, I came into "real" time communication with Brandon.
