"Spence is easy to work with and up front about everything. We signed our contract in July 2019 with Sun Run. Spence would come by the house or call and check to make sure everything was going as planned. Honestly we did have small issue when a wrong piece was shipped while installing the solar panels but he made sure we were kept up to date on what was happening. We have had Sun Run for 2 years now and strongly recommend solar energy. The bills are so much lower in comparison to what our Com Ed bills had been. "1st technician came out said he had to order parts and then never came back. 1 week later sears repair came and replaced defrost panel said it was fixed. I called two days later to say it still was not working. They said I had to pay 2nd service call, even though policy says if recurring for 30 days wouldn’t have to pay. Third technician said it was compressor and it couldn’t be fixed. So, now it been 2 1/2 weeks and still no working fridge. Now they offer only 600.00$ towards replacement and to get similar fridge it cost me 1200.00."
