The owner, Ben White, was personable, professional, knowledgable, and gave us plenty of information as he was going about his testing. He also answered all of our questions.

Pure Mold will spray to kill the mold, but will not physically wipe the Mold down. The home failed a secondary *re-inspection*, a few days after the initial air fogging, because there was still visible mold. I contacted Daniel a few times asking if he had the results of the air quality test...

They kept me informed by text of when they would be arriving and who would be doing the work. They arrived at the indicated time and performed the necessary tests. They seemed to be very honest people and were very friendly.

Tony was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had results back the day after the test. Results indicated that we did not have an excessive amount of mold. No remediation was needed. The cost seemed comparable to others in the area.

I hired this company for mold testing. We were happy with the price of the report.

Very good. Can't complaint. They were on time. Did a good job. Answered my questions. The only company I found at least not to do the pressure test unless it's absolutely needed.

It went smoothly and was completed just in time for a rain test. ;)

The technician was prompt and professional. Equipment needed to be tested various ways to fully understand the particular problem at hand. A simple but effective solution was recommended and installed successfully.

,Where do I start?  First we had Brian Kremmel come to the house and give us an estimate for the heat pump/air conditioner.  He measured the entire house so that he would know what size unit we needed.  Wow!  What a nice young man...and clean too!   He then gave us a quote and wasn't satisfied...
