JSC showed up on time, communicated the plan, executed the work in one day and completely cleaned up. It rained the next few days and everything was dry.

When I got an estimate for the work, a lot of attention was given to accuracy of measuring, calculating materials cost and labor cost. The competitors had based the estimates on visual observations. From the day of the estimate to the completion of work, I never had problems reaching someone to ask questions. All work was carefully supervised, and the workers arrived on time as promised. I highly recommend JSC for any work they do.

Is it possible to give A++++ to a business? Cliff took so many photos of the things he found wrong it was kind of frightening to see what was really underneath our old roof. They did a great job and installed new decking which insurance never pays for but in the end is really the foundation of the job to get it done correctly so that the homeowner doesn't need to worry about it again for many many years. He corrected our ridge vent verses attic fan issue which our previous contractor told us was fine to have in our unfinished garage and detached shop also. They showed us all of the photos of things that were wrong and being corrected before correcting them in case my husband want to go up and check it out to ask more questions. He fixed our gutters so they don't dump water out the front and into our basement anymore. Our basement is finally completely dry. It has not been that way for 8 years that we have lived there. He communicated well, followed up with us during the job and even after it during his vacation at Christmas time and all. It was a great experience that I never thought was possible in the roofing industry. I would highly recommend him in the roofing and guttering business to anyone that wants to get an honest bid for honest high quality work on their roof. Great job JSC!!!!!!

Work was fine. It took longer than I expected, about 3 weeks, to get them out to do the work.

I was really happy with the time they took right off the bat with the insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster included all storm damage.  The adjusters job is not really in the best interest of the home owner so having a roofing expert on hand to make sure nothing was missed was very, very helpful.  There was a storm the day of the scheduled install.  I really appreciated that they did not try to force the roof installation that day in between the rain.  It was in my best interest to wait a day for the installation and they completely understood.  The installation process was very smooth.  The installers were very friendly and professional.  The work took roughly a day and half, they gave me regular updates on how things were going.  My old roof was around 30 years old.  I was concerned that there might be damage to the wood decking due to age.  They identified some spots that needed to be replaced and did so.  

I know they are doing their job but at the same time I felt like they treated my house like they were fixing their own house.  I don't think they cut any corners.  He indicated his goal was to make each customer happy.  They reached that goal.  Thanks

All went well, and Cliff came out upon completion of the job to inspect & ensure all was well. Again, very pleased.

They finished the job and I was happy to work with them. He was very gracious with communicating the project as well as the pricing. He was upfront with me and explained why the bill was higher than what I thought it was going to be. The bill was higher because he had to use additional materials to complete the project. He gave consideration by lowering the final bill. He handled the matter well and I would recommend them others.

Ok weather slowed the process but getting it done

Arrived a little early. Communicated thoroughly what they planned on for the day. They finished the work in a timely manner. The whole crew was very kind and professional. I would most definitely rehire them!

They did a fantastic job. Knocked it out in half a day and made sure to clean up after themselves. They treated us and our home with respect. I would definitely use them again.

Quick estimate process and repairs done fast as well.

The contractor handled the whole project. Our only job was to decide on what shingles to use. Very efficient crew. Extremely friendly group of workers very neat and very efficient use of their time. Our project was finished ahead of schedule. We have used this company in the past and we would refer them to our friends.

They showed up Friday 7/15 early in the morning. They had to wait about an hour for the dumpster to arrive. Once they started working they got the roof done the same day. The siding was done the following Tuesday, due to the rain the previous day. After they finished they cleaned all the debris and construction materials. It was like they were never here ?

They were on time did a great job. Roof was finished in one day. Only complaint is I keep finding nails outside which isn't safe. Otherwise it's fantastic. I would use them again and recommend them to others .

Never received a contract. Roof they put on does not look like the one we picked. Was supposed to be a supervisor there, but he left halfway through. Papers from the shingles were blowing all over the yard. Hopefully they did good work.
