My name is Sherri Jones and I own and operate a business for 36 years, and wood floors refinishing for 23 years. I use a no sanding method. I have done many floors that seemed impossible to do with no sanding, but I have. I also can reduce the cost per square feet with larger amounts of square feet being done or the condition of the floor could reduce the cost per square foot.

"Initially, Isaiah was responsive and very professional. We hired him to do a minor bathroom update, removing damaged tile and installing a shower insert. The project was supposed to take 2-3 days. Start date was pushed off a couple of times with no real reason given. Once the job started, he ran into some complications that delayed it further. There were frequent rescheduled days due to conflicts, again with no explanation. When the job was finally finished, we paid the invoice. However, we were soon noticed that there was not much hot water coming through the spout. The mix of hot and cold was tepid, very uncomfortable for a shower. We have now waited over two weeks for him to fix this and he will not respond. We spent thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodel and can not even use the tub. It is so disappointing that we will have to hire a plumber to finish the job when he charged us plumbing fees in the invoice."
