John arrived when he said he would be here. He left for a short time to purchase parts then returned and repaired the leak with the purchased parts. John cleaned up the work area nicely after the repairing the leak. John is a very polite gentleman and has an excellent knowledge of plumbing and related work. John also plumbed our house when we built it in 2005. We have not had any problems with the plumbing work John did. The leak John fixed was on a pipe the well drillers installed when the house was built.

He was a nice appearing man. He was clean and neat. He did a nice job. However, I did overpay for the job. I asked around to other places with comparable rates and I paid too much.

As with any repair, no one can see what the repair was over the telephone, or estimate what it really takes to repair the issue until they actually see what needs to be done. As always, if there is an issue, I am more than happy to return to your home and discuss what the repair involved . I assure you my rates are in-line with other plumbing companies in the Fort Wayne area, as a licensed plumbing contractor we do keep up with the going value for a state licensed company."

John was efficient, pleasant and solved the problem. we had an arranged appt and when he ran into a timel problem on the job before me, he called and explained.great experience. would definitely use again.
