He set an appointment for Monday and arrived within the time frame that set. He ordered the part and had to schedule a new time to come out on Thursday after the part came in. When he showed up this morning (again on time), the ice machine had made ice and the bucket was full. Kevin refunded the money that I had paid him upfront and only charged me for the service call. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

I pay 75 service fee each time they come out, and a $40 a month. If any of the appliances break down and they cannot fix them, they will replace them for free.
