Project: Replace trim boards on the chimney which had holes in them from woodpeckers. Ono was very professional and had my work completed within 2 days of quoting, And he did it in 95 degree heat! He told me that a more major repair should be done within the next year as the wood underneath was rotting and he didn't want to just cover it up without explaining that this would be a temporary fix. I appreciated his honesty and plan on calling him to do the work. I have had hit and miss on Home Advisors and Ese was definitely a HIT - very nice gentleman who perfectly matched the paint!

We received a prompt reply to our work request. After visiting our home, we received a detailed quote and contract. The work was done on time, as described with no issues. We were able to handle payment electronically. The service was polite and professional. I definitely plan to call again for future needs.

Has referrals and, allows you to call them. He also had pictures of completed projects. He does seem to take a long time to finish . I was informed of that by a referral customer. Work and finished project is wonderful but, I don't want to see a person installing a door from 1:00pm - 8:00pm. That was my day off and I don't want to spend a pretty day inside at home waiting, for a contractor to finish. I did have to text him that he, was getting into my downtime.

"I found out the moldings to hold the storm door were really in a bad shape, the customer wanted me to change them so I have to go to the store, then go back home to pick up a miter saw to cut the moldings to 45 degrees. Also, I repaired the door frame and applied some caulk, I needed to allow some time for the caulk to get dry before painting. I applied primer to the newly repaired door frame portion before applying semi gloss paint. It was already looking good with just the primer and the customer was okay with it, but I am not the type to cover up something simply because the customer don?t know. So it?s more than just installing a door. By the time I got her text, I was finished, and that was at 7PM. The other customer whom I believe talk about long time, actually gave me more jobs after I did the first quotation for her, and she was satisfied. She wanted everything fast. However, I told her that I have two other projects going on simultaneously at the time. In fairness, I don?t mind spending a little more time to get a job done properly. By the way, she is a good customer and I will make it up to her for staying indoors on a beautiful day."
