"WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND  HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!! IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER BUT HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US TILL HE ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB. HE AND HIS CREW  GOT RIGHT TO IT AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"The whole project was planned, scheduled, and completed very well.  

Decks Plus owner, Mr. Sira, kept all appointments during the project.  He converted a rough concept into a detailed plan, described what he would do, and did what he promised.  This was accomplished with a simple contract only.

Sira and his team were unobtrusive in their work habits.  They were neat in the arrangement and storage of building materials and tools and they kept the work area tidy and organized.  

Weather intruded only slightly during the work, even though April weather is not exactly predictable.  The project entailed work over several days, encompassing perhaps two weeks from start to finish with weather interruptions.

I rate the price for the job as "good" instead of "excellent" for the simple reason that I had nothing with which to compare.  During my initial consultation with Mr. Sira, I concluded that he was honest, competent, and committed to the quality of his work.  He gave me an estimate, and I accepted it.  I have no regrets about it and an quite pleased with the work and its performance."
