Aside from providing quality work worth the price, Brittany, the painter, is VERY communicative and super easy to work with. When the job took slightly longer than expected, she communicated ahead of time. When the color ended up not being what I expected, she was flexible on finding ways to not buy more gallons of a new color and instead worked with Sherwin Williams to modify the current gallons I already purchased. She and her husband did my entire condo (kitchen, living room, stairway, 2 beds, two bath, laundry closet and hallway, trim and ceilings) within a week. And when the movers messed up areas, she came in a fixed them for no charge! Great service all-around.

Fresh Outlook did an amazing job on the exterior of our home. We wanted to have work done by the fourth and she found time to get it done. Canâ t control the weather and had a pop up thunderstorm come in right when they were finishing up and had left drip marks on our gutters and on the deck. They made good and came back fixed everything while we were out of town that day. We caught them on camera!! We had a notice from our Ring camera of some movement, turns out Brittany took the time to water our flowers we had on the porch. The little things that show they care. 10/10 will use them again and would recommend to anyone needing some work done.

Brittany was great! She was reasonable in her pricing, professional & personable, careful & respectful of my home & myself, cleaned up after herself, & on time to do the job we had agreed upon. I very much appreciated her communication in confirming the day before that she would be there & she was on time. That is huge because it is hard to find others in this profession to even show up to a job they have estimated & agreed to do. Causing themselves to not have a good reputation. Brittany does quality work.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a painter. It went beyond outstanding work, as we also received sound advice for updating the look of our home where we have lived for 34 years. Removing dated wallpaper, too, they made us feel as if we purchased a new home. I am still walking around saying "Wow!". I will absolutely hire them for our next project.

Brittany was great to work with. She communicated with me about the project quickly and was able to get it done while we were away on vacation, which worked out perfectly. Our living room looks so much fresher with a new coat of paint. She cleaned up after herself and went above and beyond. I would recommend her for any painting project

Brittany communicated with us throughout the job and made us feel very valued and important which is a sign of excellent customer service. We had a difficult front door project that had multiple layers of paint that another painter had left partially completed. Brittany spent hours preparing the door properly before painting it. She committed to making our front door look fabulous and succeeded in doing so. Her work is done professionally and thoroughly. We would definitely call her again!

Brittany did an amazing job of updating our very outdated 2 bedroom condo. She painted the ceilings, trim and walls, and did a lot drywall repair as well. She was great to work with, I highly recommend.

Brittany painted (entire interior, including kitchen cabinets) and cleaned a 3 bedroom/3 bath rental home in Bloomington, IN. She was professional and the communication was great. I could only be on the property for a short time, but she communicated with me daily and sent "before / after" pictures and delineated any issues. I could not have been more pleased with the result.
