QCC offers the highest degree of customer service. All of our employees are professionally trained and certified for all your cleaning needs. We take pride in doing the best job possible each and every time. For carpet cleaning we offer three types of cleaning to fit your individual needs. Although I recommend Hot-Water Extraction, we also offer bonnet shampooing, as well as a dry-cleaning method.

"Had QCC come out to clean my ducts. Their techs had many issues when they were here. After they left my dryer wouldn't dry anymore. I immediately emailed the company to let them know, and the owners response was that I needed to upgrade my ducts because there was some plastic there. Not, "Let me come out and see what the issue is". After I told him no that I just needed my dryer to work, I was told that this was not their issue. Turns out it was their issue. After taking QCC's advice and having an appliance repair person come out, and a contractor to look at my ducts, I have learned that they left my dryer duct clogged which is partly why the dryer wasn't drying. They also caused damage to my existing dryer with lint getting backed up into it and they caused damage to my ducts. QCC is denying any responsibility and slapped me in the face with a $150 refund for the dryer duct cleaning. The owner was less than respectful and professional in his handling of my issue, telling me that I am deflecting my problems onto his company, calling me a liar, and initially refusing to come out to inspect the work that his techs did at my house to verify what I was telling him. Their stance is that my ducts were already damaged, even though there was no discussion with me of prior damage or pictures of supposed existing damage prior to them cleaning my ducts, and only 1 picture was produced after I turned them in to the BBB and Attorney General's office. I will never use this company again and make sure that everyone knows about the thousands of dollars of damage they have caused to my home that they are refusing to acknowledge and pay for. BEWARE!"
