I have used Abinney's for many years. I have always been happy with the price, the service follow up and the annual reminders to reschedule an appointment. The communication is excellent. I always refer anyone needing carpet cleaning to Abinney's they have never let me down.

They are friendly and always check back a day or two after the service to make sure you are happy with the work. They will call once or twice a year, but I usually end up calling them to come out. They schedule your appointment right away with a time frame in which they will be there and you can request that they give you a courteousy call to let you know they are on their way. They clean up very well after themselves. They ask you to move your chairs, but if you don't move your couches they will do it for you. Their prices are unbelievable, plus they run a lot of specials. I've never ever had an issue with them.
