The company was wonderful from beginning to end.  My crawl was flooded with rain water back up when my sump failed.  They quoted me a price to clean out and remove debris from the crawl and to dry it and spray antimicrobial to the walls and floors which are cement.  They came out the day I called them and removed everything from the crawl.  They brought large fans in for drying the still wet cement walls and floors.  The day after they put the fans in I had another flood due to further problems with the sump, (the sump was being taken care of by a plumber, not Americlean. Their fans were still down there and I was so worried they would be ruined and I would be charged and also have to pay more to start over cleaning up.. They reassured me that they would complete the job without any further charges and that the fans were very well build and should be fine even though they had been sitting in the water.  They came out as promised, removed the wet fans and instead used a machine that blew in warm dry air and sucked out the moisture.  They worked around my schedule and every person I dealt with was professional and polite.  They completed the job exactly as promised without any further charges.  I am so happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

Arrived on-time with professional crew and equipment. Gary was the main technician, and I am sorry that I do not remember his helper's name. Care was taken not to do any damage to the house or soil the flooring. A vacuum truck was used along with a compressed air hose with a rubber agitator at the end. They completely cleaned out each supply and return vent all the way down to the main lines, and then cleaned out the main lines in the basement. The supply side and the return sides were done separately, and the A-coil was blocked off to prevent damage to it or junk from getting into it. They even used a wireless camera in the main lines so that I could see all the junk getting sucked up on a mini tablet. Every access hole they had to make was plugged up with rubber plugs, and the main access hole for the vacuum hose was resealed with a metal cover and metal tape. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Very thorough and professional job. I would use them again. I even got a 10% discount for donating some snack items and gum for a fundraiser they had for our military heroes.

i called them Sunday and they came on Monday. All of the employees were very courteous and professional. Den came to power wash and sanitize the floors. He was the best and really honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

From the moment I called, Americlean was extremely responsive. Several questions were asked in order for them to provide an accurate estimate. The price that I was quoted was in the same ballpark as other companies providing similar services. After setting up an appointment, I was briefed as to how I needed to prepare for the service in addition to what to expect. On the day of the service, Gary arrived right on time and again explained everything that he was going to do. He was aware that we had a pet and it was apparent that he was concerned with how she would react to the noise and machines. Gary was extremely professional and kept me informed of his progress; he even finished before expected. After the service was rendered, he left my home neat and orderly. I would not only use Americlean again and for other services, but I have recommended them to many people.

The whole experience with this company was positive. Technician fully explained the process prior to start, did a thorough job and completely cleaned up afterward. The price quoted was exactly what I was charged. I will certainly use this company again in the future.

They were very good. They had the truck outside to to the suction and did a very thorough job. They were timely and responsive. They went into all the vents, even upstairs.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He did a wonderful job getting out the spots that were on the carpet. The carpeting looked like brand new when he was finished cleaning.

Ihad called the office on Monday and they answered all my questions promptly and professionally. I booked for the first Sat. The service man I think his name was Nick called me in the morning saying he could come a little earlier I was pleased. When he arrived I had everything in the garage as I wanted it clean before it came into my house. It must have been 90 degrees outside. Bless his heart he never complained once. He did everything to pure perfection. He had me inspect everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I also asked him how much to clean my rug that I spent a fortune on, truthfully I was worried he put my fears aside and a week later I went and picked my rug up. My furniture looks brand spanking new. I love this AMERICLEAN. They will be coming back to do the carpet. Honestly, best experience I have had so far. They have my business for life. The technician arrived on time, and was very friendly. Unfortunately after he cleaned the ducts he was unable to relit my furnace. Also, there were several "observation holes" that he made in the ductworks that were not plugged up. In addition, he did not screw the vents back in tight, and one of my cats pulled the vent from the wall and climbed in. Fortunately I was at home and heard him which prevented a disaster. I then went through my house and tightened all of the screws myself.

Overall great experience. Technician (Dave) called day ahead of house call to confirm. Day of call he arrived at 8am (as scheduled) and he finished in time advised. He explained the process thoroughly before starting the job. As the work required turning off of furnace while needing to run a large vacuum hose from furnace area thru window to his truck, he took extra time to minimize heat loss in the house. He brought in tarps and other material to protect the floors/walls of the home and he was very clean and thorough throughout the home. Dave was very professional and was polite/patient with kids running about the house during the job. He spotted a gap in the duct work in the furnace area to one section of the home and was quick to bring to my attention. Would recommend Dave and Americlean to others.

Tech arrived 1/2 hour early which was nice and then fully explained what he would do to clean the vents and duct work. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He kept me updated that the set up was about an hour and what he was doing. He checked in with me while he was there and let me know how the job was progressing. The whole process was about 3 hours. He made sure my furnace was functioning before he left.

My wife and I have been very pleased that there is not as much dust in the air since they cleaned the ducts. When I called them, they were very professional and came to our home within a couple of days.
