James responded quickly to my inquiry for service & showed up on time to do the work. He was professional but friendly & was very competitive in his pricing. He took care to do his cleaning efficiently but was aware of doing his job neatly. I was very pleased with how the couch & rug looked after the cleaning & would definitely recommend Dazzle for furniture cleaning.

Dazzle was great. James is the owner and came to do the work himself. He was knowledgeable and you could tell he took pride in doing a great job. He removed stains and did a much better job than the last cleaner we used. His pricing was fair especially for the work he did.

My dog is 16 years old and has recently had a number of accidents on our carpet. While they were here I also had them clean our sofas. Dazzle did an amazing job getting everything clean. I will definitely hire them again.

James did a fantastic job! Arrived on time, was very friendly and did an extremely good job. His attention to detail was amazing. He knew we were having an open house later in the day, so really took his time to get up all the moisture he could, so it would be ready. He spent a lot longer than any other cleaner we've ever used... and it showed in his work. Highly recommended

James is still my dazzling star. He came, he cleaned my stuff so well it once again looks brand new. I'm a repeat customer, and, I may say with certainty, a life-long customer. James did an excellent job not only cleaning my carpets in the house but also did a fantastic job cleaning and resealing our slate patio floor. The slate cleaning/resealing was definitely a project and James used his experience and know how to get it looking brand new. We are definitely pleased with the work he performed and would recommend him for future projects.

James arrived on time and provided the cost of all work before starting. My rugs are older and I assumed needed replacing soon. After James thorough cleaning I no longer feel the need to replace them. He did a fabulous job on my upholstery also, which included a chair that had seen better days but is now looking great. James work ethic was impressive to see. Obviously I am very happy to have found him and consider anyone who hires him to be very lucky.

I am so happy with my cleaned carpets! I found Dazzle on Angie's List and he had an opening a week later which I took. He arrived at the time scheduled; asked questions about what cleaners I had used. My living room carpet had "foster dog" accidents, spilled water from Christmas trees - black stains over much of the multi-brown carpet - and constant traffic from the back yard. He cleaned carpets in the living room, hall and 3 bedrooms. Everything looks great and smells good!! None of the stains have returned. I will be a repeat client.

The job performed was excellent. Carpets were not only very soiled, but there was alot of carpet shampoo/soap left over from previous cleaners. James took extra time and care to make sure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned and all the soap was removed.

Perfectly. James cleaned my items, being very careful to test the material to see which strong chemicals he could safely use. The years rolled back, and I got my treasured carpet and living room and dining room cleaned so much so that it looked like brand new again. This is my second review of James and Dazzle. He works miracles. If you treasure your stuff, use James. The last cleaner professed to be an expert in Persian rugs, but it was like he used water -- none of the ingrained dirt of 16 years came up. James took a long careful time of it, and restored my beautiful treasures to like new again. Again not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Just the best. I will NEVER let anyone but James touch my stuff again. I f you are smart, don't do like I did and experiment . I had two cleaners previously work on my stuff, Coit and Oxyclean. They both were expensive but got very poor results. Choose James and let him Dazzle you!

WOW! I was DAZZLED!!! My dog had surgery and had leaked some diarrhea on the couch where I live (I have RA and so I really do live on this couch). It was filthy, I had tried other highly rated cleaners and it had still remained grimy. Before I threw in the towel and had the couch recovered I thought I would try one more. Thank God I found Dazzle. James called me promptly and made room in his already full day, because my mother-in-law was due today. He came when he said he would, went straight to work, and created a miracle. My husband suffered through a bad skin rash as a result of chemo; we had to coat him with Vaseline every day for 6 months, and although he had sat on towels, there was a coating of greasy grime that turned my maroon couch to black. I really had very little hope but James cleaned it up so well it looked new (and the little white spots in the fabric design were white again!). He worked very hard!! He was so concerned with my needs and he was not concerned about time, only about restoring my couch to its former glory. I nearly fell over when he told me the price -- extremely reasonable for the work he put in. (includes protectant). James owns the company and his only concern was cleaning my couch perfectly and not the clock. He is coming back to do my Persian carpet and my formal living room set - both of which I've cleaned several time before with poor results. He is not the cheapest, but if you want the job done right, then let him Dazzle you. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of fabric and chemicals and dirt, and I will never let an inferior cleaner touch my stuff again. Besides that, he is honest and hardworking and just the very nicest person. I am so happy I could sing and dance! I would be happy to talk to anyone needing his service to give him a recommendation. He was on time, knowledgeable, and did a good job. I also ended up having him clean the stairs, which is not considered an area. The stairs were $2.50 per step. The only thing I found odd was that he counted his top step, which was part of the hall, and the hall was already considered an area. I didn't bring it up, though. Honestly, it would have felt better if he charged $2.75 per step and not counted the hall as a step. You know what I mean? Overall, the carpet looks great and he did a great job. He was professional and very polite.

James was prompt and well organized. Since we had visitors coming, he outlined a strategy to complete the entire job in two days by focusing on one section of the floor at one time. The work included a large pantry, powder room and laundry room as well as a vast expanse or kitchen, family room and entry hallway. He even moved the refrigerator to clean and color seal that part of the floor. He helped -- well, he did most of the heavy lifting -- move furniture out of the way., and move it back. James was respectful and careful with all the furnishings, such as gathering up the draperies to keep them clean. He explained each step in the process. James was focused on the task and cleaned everything thoroughly. The grout is now all the same color in the entire space and the floors gleam. The floor has never looked this good, even when it was new.

The job went very well.  Dazzle is experienced, knowledgeable, and very thorough in their work.  Excellent on every criterion.  I'll use the service again and I strongly recommend the company.

Our experience in the past with with carpet cleaners was --let's say, not positive. The Angie's List offer for upholstery cleaning for $184 sounded good, and as our dogs are quite at home on the couch and chair, we asked James of Dazzle to come out, via Angie's email for the storefront offer. He called the next day, we set up the service for the following day. I have never seen anyone as thorough and careful with any job. He took the time to do it right and treated our furniture as if it were special (it is, to us) and treat us as though we were his most important customers. I know the strains and pressures of operating your own business, and have great admiration for those who have it down perfectly. We will for certain ask him back again.... soon, we hope, for ceramic tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Besides that, the cleaning fluids he used had a pleasant scent; he laid out cushions on a sheet to make sure they dry nicely, and cleaned up in an orderly and efficient manner. He is also a thoroughly pleasant person. Now I have a few words for Angie's List. I loved it when it was a service vendor referral service, but all the bells and whistles of recent years of the "big deals" and limited searches and, the latest, this reworking of the web site that is not complete, is just annoying. I have been happy with finding good and professional people through the referral, but when I go back to try to find them again, they don't come up in my search. Are they no longer working through Angie's List? Why? Do they expire? Are only advertising providers showing up on the lists? Why do I get top rated firms from 80 miles away instead of people who are in my area?

James had great communication throughout the transaction.  Before the visit, James wanted to know the type of work I was requesting and whether my condo was located in an easily accessible location.  After the initial inquiry, we setup a day & time for James to arrive the following week.  The morning of the cleaning, an outside water faucet could not be located and we thought all was lost, but James found one in the nearby parking garage (thank God he didn't give up looking for a water faucet).  James did a great job getting rid of the water stains from the carpet and about a week after his cleaning, the carpet looks amazing!  I would definitely recommend him and plan to use this company next time I need the carpet (or my upholstery) cleaned.  Thank you!!

I called Dazzle a couple of weeks ago for carpet cleaning services. I have Smartstrand carpet and I wanted someone familiar with it. I have had carpets cleaned before and the cleaners use to much soap and the carpets get dirty again quickly or leave the carpet drenched. 
James returned my call promptly. He was professional, courteous and answered my questions knowledgeably. We arranged a date and time for him to come to my home and clean the carpets.
He was prompt and very reliable. I was pleased with that because so often, a contractor doesn't show up or shows up much later than promised, which is very frustrating. 
He was extremely courteous and efficient. The carpets look great! I am extremely pleased with the results. He put the furniture that he did move (chairs, TV stand, etc., I did not have him move the big pieces, although he would have had I requested and paid for the additional work) up on little blocks so the carpets, which were only damp, not wet, could dry. He explained that it was important to get air flowing over the fibers so they dried completely. 
I would highly recommend his company and would use his services again.

I've used James for cleaning my carpets many times over the past few years.   He's always done an exceptional job and this time was no different.   I had a number of stains on the carpet, some of which I didn't know what from.   He cleaned the carpet when I was away at work and I'm sure he got the stains out when he was there, but a few of them returned afterward.   I contacted James about this and he came out a few days later and got the remaining stains out at no charge.   He's a consummate professional and really knows how to get a carpet perfectly clean.   I will continue to use him for all my fabric care and highly recommend you do too!
