"We hired Miranda Tile and Flooring LLC for a master bathroom tile installation. Julian Miranda required a cash deposit, payable upon signing, with a promised start date of September 29th. After providing all necessary materials per his list, we attempted to confirm logistics the day before the start. Mr. Miranda cited a court appearance as a delay, then claimed he would arrive later that day but never did. He rescheduled for the next morning; again, he failed to show, causing us to lose both time and money. Multiple attempts to reach Mr. Miranda went unanswered. Due to his breach of contract, we canceled the agreement and demanded a refund of our deposit, but he has ceased all communication. We are now pursuing recovery of our funds through legal channels. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and we strongly advise others to avoid this business."

"We were profoundly disappointed with the outcome of the work. There are splinters in the doorway, the entire perimeter is rough and uneven, some of the planks that were newly replaced were cracked and filled with wood filler, nail holes were not filled, they used two different varnishes, there is a gap between the flooring and the cabinet, they did not varnish the floor under/behind the refrigerator, the crew damaged multiple pieces of brand-new furniture and appliances. I also discovered that the crew was drinking beer while working (they left the garbage). My husband immediately requested that a new/different contractor be brought in to rectify the mess that HQF had made of our floors. However, we both decided to give them a second chance only if they would send a new crew of workers, ensure that the equipment was functioning properly, and refrain from rushing the job. We received no response from owner, until 6 days later, after posting our google review. "

The shower pan unfortunately was a little beat up, but Tony walked me through everything and explained what he would do to try to address the problem. The shower pan isn’t perfect, but I am confident that Tony did everything he could. He also instructed me on how I could fix any problems once the glaze dried. After the job was completed (several hours ahead of schedule!) they took the time to carefully clean up, and left my two bathrooms in excellent shape. I would absolutely hire these guys again. I highly recommend them!"
