Roland’s Flooring came refinished my floors from a previous worker. They sanded the entire floor, stained, and completed it with a smooth satin finish. They did an excellent job to our floors! If you are looking for excellent work, this is the company!!! I give them 10 Stars!

My hardwood floor looks like a brand new floor after Mr. Roland resurfaced it! It is beautiful. Mr. Roland did a fantastic job at a very good price. I had 3 separate estimates and the Roland's Hardwood floor was the second cheapest, costing slightly more than the cheapest competitor. However, out of the 3, Mr. Roland was the most punctual, calling me back in reasonable time and starting work on time as promised. I would definately recommend to a friend.

I found Roland's Hardwood Floors on Angie's list and am sooooo thankful I did!!  Roland did an exceptional job on the floors.  There was 1 section that had been pieced together so I asked him if he could fix it.  He quoted me $150-$200 and fixed them in such a way that you can?t even tell there was anything wrong to begin with.  At the end, he charged me less than what he quoted.
Many family and friends have commented on how incredible the floors look and how they don't even look like the same floors.  After seeing them finished, my brother even made the comment "So, they weren't able to do anything with the old floors and had to relay
them all, huh?  How much did that set you back?"  He couldn't believe they were the same floors since they had been refinished so
beautifully!

The difference is night and day. When we moved into our house, the entire upstairs was covered in old berber carpet. When we pulled it up, we found beautiful, but old and badly worn, hardwood flooring in each bedroom. We removed the carpet, padding, tack strips and staples, and Roland and his crew worked their magic. We have had our master and kids' rooms (3 total) all refinished by Roland, and they look fantastic, and his pricing is very affordable. We will likely call him in the near future to re-re-finish the fourth bedroom (which we had had refinished by another vendor, who charged a higher price, and the finish hasn't held up nearly as well as the rooms Roland serviced). The process does take several days (usually three) and can be a little disruptive, but the results are than worth it.

PUT DOWN PAPER THEN FLOOR IN BEDROOM AND TWO CLOSETS. THEN PUT FOOT AROUND ENTIRE ROOM. GOOD JOB.

They did a nice job matching three different kinds of wood on some older floors. They were quick and timely. The floors turned out great.

Called Roland to ask his estimate on installing prefinished hardwood in a large guest bedroom. He gave me estimate over the phone and advise on which flooring to choose. He gave me the option of buying the flooring myself or having him supply it. I chose to purchase myself. This is a family business and you deal directly with Roland or his wife or son. They do very good work, this is not the first time my family has used Roland's Hardwood Floors and we continue to be very pleased.

It went very good. He did nice work he was very professional. He gave us a verbal estimate, I would have prefferred to get a written estimate but when it was all done it ended up being less then expected. His workers were courteous they cleaned up after all the work was completed. He was able to match our existing hardwood floors. Pleased with the services provided.

The work was done in a timely fashion and workers were on time and thorough. The finished work is beautiful and I am very pleased and would definitely have them come back and install hardwood flooring in the other rooms.

they did more than expected for the quoted price, was very pleased with the sevice that we got for the price that we paid, will use this company again for other projects that we have on our list. i would recommend this company to any one that wants a very good professional job done a fair price.

Roland accommodated our schedule (evenings) to assess the job and provide us with an estimate. His price was very competitive, and he was available at the time we needed him. He came when he said he would, and he finished on time. Sounds basic, but that's half the battle! The quality is excellent. The rest of the house didn't require a wipe down, which tells me he did a nice job sectioning off the work area. Highly recommend!

We found Roland on Angies List. The father came by and provided an estimate. We set a date and Roland's son started at 8am and was finishing when I arrived home at 4pm. The work was excellent and they cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend them to any one needing wood flooring installed. Great service and very professional.

Very well. There was some confusion in scheduling, but it was no one's fault and was just one of those things. In any event, Roland made room in his schedule for us and even worked the weekend to get our project done. He's a very nice man and very professional, and would recommend him to anyone looking to refinish hardwood floors.

He did an excellent job! He did the whole house. Installed new floors in sections and even did the stairs. I give him the highest rating possible.

I FOUND ROLAND ON ANGIES LIST AND CALLED HIM.HE CAME OVER ON THE DAY WE HAD ARRANGED ..HE GAVE ME AN ESTAMENT AND TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM TWO WEEK NOTICE TO INSTALL IT. I BOUGHT THE FLOORING FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS ON SALE AND BROUGHT IT HOME MYSELF.ROLANDS CREW CAME ON TIME AND IN TWO DAYS HAD IT INSTALLED WITH THE BASE BOARD TRIM. IT LOOKS GREAT!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS....

Out of five different local companies, Roland's was the only company to answer the phone when I called. Roland himself called me back the same day, gave me info and then came over to give an estimate. They were able to schedule the work quickly.

Roland and a younger gentleman came to do the work on Wednesday morning and were done by Friday morning. They made sure to cover the doorway with plastic, so that the sawdust and fumes couldn't get into the rest of the house. They were very respectful and professional, calm-mannered and answered all of my questions. I was not asked for any money up front. The day the work was done, I just handed Roland a check on his way out the door.

The floor looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend Roland's to anyone looking for a hardwood floor refinishing company.
