+ -1 moreTony was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly communicative from the very first time I reached out for a quote. He responded in a timely manner, always asked a ton of questions to make sure he understood the scope of the work, and provided an detailed estimate. On the day of the work the guys arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were courteous, respectful and fully professional. Anytime a potential problem arose, Tony would explain what the issue was and what he would try to do to fix it. My bathtub looks brand new. My shower pan posed some problems-it’s made out of concrete and proved to be rather old and porous. It’s not perfect, but I’m confident that Tony did everything he could. The guys finished up several hours early, did a great job cleaning up, and made sure that I inspected all of the work before they left. Overall, I was extremely happy with this experience and have already recommended them to others

+ -1 moreTony and his colleague arrived at my location promptly when they said they would. From my experience this is always a good sign! They looked at my aging bathtub - which over a 5 year period started to crack and discolor in many areas. They said this is normal wear & tear and that they are the right guys for the job. I was given a very reasonable estimate and were able to begin working on the task just a few business days later. On the due date they arrived again on time and used all necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment. The final product was like brand new with a much glossier look then it was before. I guess I'll never have to purchase a new bathtub :) Overall, the guys were very professional and they know what they are doing and take great pride in their skills. Very recommended!
