This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"Joe assessed the state of my bathroom floor revealing two layers of adhesive tiles over one layer of original cracked tile.  He proposed solutions and allowed me to select a solution in the confines of  my budget and needs.  He retiled the floor, installed a new toilet, installed a new vanity, and helped out with other plumbing related issues while on site.  I thought the quality of Joe's work was second to none and he was extremely knowledgable about home maintenance. "Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.
