"I live in Griffith, Indiana, in an area with loamy soil and a high water table. Whenever it rained heavy we were sure to get seepage in our basement. I knew we were going to need something more robust to manage water flow, than just a single basement floor drain, so I was glad to hear that Everdry installs a pressure relief pump to actively expel water buildup below the foundation. We also liked the idea of their Smart Power Back-up Unit, that keeps the pressure relief pump working, even if the electricity shuts down during a storm.
