"They staged the home sale & took $500 sunglasses from the great room by mistake. We immediately notified them w/in an hour that they grabbed the prescription sunglasses that were needed for driving due to my eye disease. We did everything: called a ton of times, texted & offered to meet ANYONE from this company ANYWHERE to get the medically necessary glasses. They simply replied w/ "sorry; we can't find them," ....and they won't return any calls or pay for new glasses that they "sole" from the home. We understand that it is unfortunate that they lost them, however, this personal property was taken from the home. It's their responsibility to make this right. The ONLY reason we are writing this review is because the firm has ignored our attempts to contact them -- blocking our calls, ignoring our voicemails & acting very unprofessional under a simply mistake they made that needs to be made right. This has caused us great harm and expense, as we've had to hire a professional driver in order to drive in the sun."
