RE/MAX Realty Services, The Chris Schulhof Team

We had hired other realtors in the past. The service, compassion, professionalism with Chris's team was beyond any of our expectations. We had a home that we couldn't sell. Chris and his team staged, marketed and made repairs necessary to attract buyers. His market reach is beyond any. We had given up and he sold our home during the worst time of the year. His team is kind, caring and goes out of their way to do all they can and it works!! They take care of EVERYTHING!!!! We would hire them again without question. If Chris can't sell it then it can't be sold!!!

I think he was very, very trustworthy. We would certainly use him again. I just felt like he was honest with us and helped us to find a home inspector for this house. His office staff is really good too, his office staff is excellent.

We rented a home from Chris Schulhof and his team member Martin Russel in Feb 2105 in Carmel IN.  When we moved in there were numerous items that needed to be fixed/repaired.  They did send out a repair man that maybe fixed 1 of the items?.never to return to complete any of the other items.  The Basement of the rental home flooded in July because of a broken sump pump.  They sent out a service to suck the water out of the basement and then that's were it ended.  The baseboards were all ripped out of the basement and the bathroom floor was ripped out and the carpet and pad was left (stinking up the basement).  Two months later we are still asking them to fix the basement, and the rarely respond to emails or phone calls. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this real estate company for any of their services.  They certain should not be in the Rental Management business at all, as they are about as absentee a service as one could be.

He would email us with info on the property as well as requests from the tenants. He did a good job. His price was great. And office staff was very good and responsive.
