On the sale of another house they worked with a difficult investor keeping the sale on track through closing.

During this period we traveled extensively. With a 3 day window to find and purchase a home, Shari, prepared and organized potential homes for us to see. She established rapport quickly and understood what we were looking for. I spoke with him on a Thursday, had preliminary information back to me on Friday, and went so far to meet me at the house on Monday to go through it so he had an accurate idea of the condition of the property and the surrounding homes. And then he had a valuation back to me on Tuesday along with suggestions of different contractors for inspections and to look at the foundation of the home.
We are still finalizing if we will go through with the purchase as we wait for an inspection, but if she does then Chris will have helped reduce the asking price of the home by $15,000 thanks to his thorough valuation and information he provided. Chris has still answered other questions I have had since providing the report, and has been willing to help negotiate anything with the seller we need help with for a incredibly nominal fee.
If my ex-wife does not follow through with the sale, then we will certainly have Chris help with locating another home.
Chris & Shari DEFINITELY know customer service and how to genuinely assist people with their needs. They have the best interest of their clients at heart, and unlike a lot of realtors I have met it isn't all about the money. They want to earn your business and as long as I am in Indiana they will be who I will use or refer anyone asking for a reference.

Chris was actually recommended to us by another close friend that is a realtor that specialized in a different location. Chris was specifically recommended as a realtor of very high integrity that we could trust, and we found that to be very important when working on a significant transaction like the sale of our home.
Chris and his team were outstanding throughout every step of the process. They were excellent communicators, and promptly reached out to us and responded to every question we had. Chris ensured we had amazing photos of our home and did a great job in marketing the property. Chris? extensive experience was also demonstrated as he offered us excellent advice on how to proactively handle potential issues with the home and was also showed in his great advice during negotiations.
Chris also delivered results. In one week our home had ten showings, two offers, and we ultimately accepted an all cash offer that was a higher price than some other realtors were planning to list at!
