Jordan was very professional, prompt, and respectful of my property. I was ghosted by a couple contractors—the project was a doozy. Jordan understood that when he came on property. He said it would be a project but was up for the challenge. His co-worker, Larry, was really intuitive. They delivered what they promised. I was confident they could do the job from the moment we met through project completion. The project was a full completion of a laundry room that was roughed in with exposed pipe for plumbing, sewer, sump pump, in ground sprinkler system, and my furnace. All were exposed, not anymore. I have never worked with anyone that cared more then Jason about the quality of his work. I think being an artist is his calling. He has such a great attention to detail.

I needed a general contractor to help with a kitchen rehab at one of my rentals. I wanted someone who was licensed, bonded and insured, and able to get proper permits, if necessary. Jordan met my criteria. He was very responsive to my calls and project needs. I had a very easy time communicating with him. He was able to complete the rehab in less time than anticipated. He's knowledgeable in many areas and can put a team together to get your job done. I would hire him again in a heartbeat for other rehab projects.
